Q: My internet connection dropped. Can I continue my shopping?

Q: Are there enough provided paints to finish a painting?

A: Yes, absolutely. The kit is designed to finish your painting completely without any additional tools. But even if you run out of your paints, we are ready to provide additional package free of charge! Just email us.

Q: I couldn't finish my payment: something went wrong. What should I do?
A: First of all, check if your card is Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Secondly, make sure that your balance is correct.

If you still have any troubles with the payment process, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly support team.

Q: Can I use the payment method cash on delivery (COD)? 

A: No, we do not have this option. Our site is 100% safe and qualified by Stripe, so you can use a card without any worries. You can also always request a refund if something is wrong with your shipment.

Q: When will I be able to receive my order? 

A: We will process your order in 5 working days after you place it. 

After sending the order, the average delivery time is 10 working days.

Q: My discount hasn't been applied. What should I do to get it?
